Can we be honest with you for a second? Almost every email app of the last decade started in the wrong place. They built around the message. Or the thread. Or the inbox. Or some clever little AI bucket — and then wondered why your email still felt like a chore.

But think about how you actually picture your email. You don't think in messages. You think in people — your supplier, your customer, your kid's school, the lawyer who's been helping you with one stubborn issue for four years. That's the real unit. It always has been.

• Your inbox shouldn't make you work to make it smart. The best filter you'll ever have isn't one you build on a Saturday — it's the one Entilio quietly learns from what you already do.
• Your mail belongs to you. Your message bodies, drafts, and files stay with your provider and on your own Mac — full stop. When you act on something, we remember a short note (the subject, sender, date, and what you did) so your history follows you between devices and our suggestions can learn from how you actually work. Touch nothing, and we never even hear about it. We can't read your mail, and frankly we don't want to.
• Less mail, not more buttons. We measure ourselves by how empty your inbox is after a month with Entilio — not by how many features you managed to find.

Who we are

We're a small group of engineers and designers who spent years building productivity tools inside big companies — and came away convinced the best ones are made small, and shipped slowly, with care.

We're in Scottsdale, Arizona, we build on the latest technologies and modern design principles, and we run our own inboxes through Entilio before it ever reaches yours. If it's not good enough for our email, it isn't good enough for yours.
