The find-and-organize surfaces got a unified redesign.

• ✦Background folder-sync keeps your other folders fresh on a tiered rotation, with live diagnostics in Settings.
• ✦Auto-actions now apply only to fresh inbox arrivals, and the new-mail chime only rings for the inbox.
