When the install finishes, Entilio launches automatically — and it's waiting in your Start menu after that.
Seeing a blue "Windows protected your PC" notice? That's totally normal. Our Windows build isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen flags it as an unrecognized app on the first run. Just click More info, then Run anyway — you'll only be asked once, and after that it launches like any other app.
Downloading & installing
How do updates and upgrades work?
You never chase down an installer. Entilio quietly downloads new versions in the background, then pops a little "update ready" message in the bottom-right corner. Click it whenever you're ready and Entilio installs the update and restarts — that's the whole thing. Every improvement we ship reaches you this way, at no extra cost.
What do I need to run it?
On Mac, a machine with Apple Silicon — an M1 chip or later. On Windows, any 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. Grab the installer above, set it up in about a minute, and you're off. (Intel Macs aren't supported yet.)
macOS asked me to confirm before opening — is that normal?
Totally normal for anything you download. Open Entilio from your Applications folder and click Open — you'll only be asked once, and after that it launches like any other app.
Is there a Windows version?
Yes — it's available now, for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. Grab the .exe above and it installs just for you, no admin rights needed. Your Entilio account and your whole relationship layer — entities, tags, to-dos, history — carry straight over, so if you've been on a Mac you can pick up right where you left off.
